Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin Review at a Glance: Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin is a dietary supplement with its main active ingredient, you’ve guessed it, turmeric. It comes as a classic powder and an extract. The extract is by far a lot better solution because it contains a much higher curcumin content. Curcumin is very beneficial for reducing joint inflammation and pain.
Unfortunately, in this supplement, turmeric extract is a bit underdosed compared to the powder. The ingredient formula would have been more effective if it contained a much higher turmeric extract dosage instead of a classic powder that you can simply buy in the store for less money.
Some of the ingredients for connective tissue healing and cartilage regeneration are missing from the formula as well. Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin capsules could help you alleviate joint pain slightly in the long run, but they are definitely not the best solution for your joint health.

Ingredients Analysis in Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin
The main ingredient in Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin is turmeric. The supplement uses a yellow powder you might have seen before called turmeric powder and turmeric extract. The difference between those two is that the classic turmeric powder contains a very low amount of curcuminoids, while turmeric extract usually has a much higher curcuminoids content, around 95%. For comparison, the curcuminoids content in turmeric powder is usually around 1%.
Curcuminoids are natural compounds derived from turmeric, and the most potent and studied one is Curcumin. It has been proven to be effective in reducing inflammation, alleviating chronic pain, and treating other osteoarthritis symptoms. (scientific evidence) It’s also very beneficial for heart health.
The problem with this supplement is that it uses 1800mg of a classic turmeric powder per serving and only 150mg of a turmeric extract (standardized to 95% Curcuminoids). Yes, it uses turmeric extract, and that’s a good thing. But, the supplement would have been far more effective if it had a much higher dosage of turmeric extract instead of powder.
Another ingredient in Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin’s formula is BioPerine Black Pepper Extract with 15mg per serving. Curcumin has poor bioavailability on its own, meaning it’s very slowly absorbed by your body. That’s where Black Pepper Extract plays a role, it enhances the absorption of curcumin. The dosage is optimal and safe.
Unfortunately, some of the effective ingredients for connective tissue healing and overall joint health are missing from the formula.
Our Commentary on the Ingredients Formula
Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin could help you alleviate joint pain slightly after some period of consistent usage. It’s a good thing that the Black Pepper Extract is included in the formula because it will increase the bioavailability of curcumin which itself is absorbed very slowly.
However, we wouldn’t have high expectations with this supplement because it lacks a lot of core ingredients for joint health, reducing inflammation and cartilage reparation such as MSM, glucosamine, ginger, or selenium.
Also, it would have been better if the turmeric extract’s dosage was higher. This product has a very high dosage of turmeric powder, a classic one that you can simply buy in the store. You don’t have to buy the supplement if the powder is what you’re after. It isn’t as effective as turmeric extract because its curcuminoids content is very low (around 1%) compared to the extract’s curcuminoids content (around 95%). We don’t think Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin is the best option for your joint health.
What do we recommend?
Instructions on How to Use Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin

Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin should be completely safe for you if you follow the recommended dosage. There’s no reason to worry about side effects if you’re overall a healthy person.
However, in rare cases, with sensitive people, taking supplements can upset the stomach, and cause bloating, fatigue, headaches, or constipation. If you’re sensitive, taking medication, or if you have a condition, avoid this or any other supplement. Always consult with your doctor before taking the supplement for the first time.
Pricing, Availability, and Value
Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin is currently available on Amazon in two different options: a package with 120 capsules and another one with 180 capsules included. The one with 120 capsules is currently available for the price of $31.50, and the one with 180 capsules for the price of $38.99. Considering that these would last you for approximately a month and a half, they’re a bit expensive.
Conclusion on Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin
If joint pain is your main problem, Nature’s Nutrition Turmeric Curcumin could help you slightly only if you use it consistently and if you’re patient enough. However, due to a lack of well-working ingredients for connective tissue healing, cartilage reparation, and inflammation reduction, we can’t recommend you this product as a long-term solution.
